For Kober Kinderopvang, we created an employer branding video campaign that highlights the people and roles behind the organization. A hero film brings four different functions together in one story. Alongside this, we produced a series of hub videos, where employees share their own testimonials and offer a closer look at their work and experiences. Short social snippets support the campaign, each focusing on a specific role to reach and engage new talent across different online channels.
